SECTION 100(b) OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, 1996
    
    The National Executive, at its meeting on 5 December 2011, decided
that some Ministers in national government, will assume responsibility
for relevant functions of the Provincial Executive of the Limpopo
Province, in terms of section 100(1)(b) of the Constitution with effect
from 12 December 2011. These are as follows;
    
    1 Minister of Finance assumes responsibility for the Provincial
Treasury;
