 <title>Human Settlements to Use Estate Agency Affairs Act to &quot;Fastrack de-Racialism&quot; in Residential Areas</title>

&lt;p&gt;Human settlements minister Tokyo Sexwale will use Estate Agency Affairs Act 112 of 1976 to “fasttrack de-racialism” in residential areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He made this remark during a 2012/13 budget vote speech in the national assembly.&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Rental Housing Amendment Bill: Second Draft Presented to National Assembly</title>

&lt;p&gt;The parliamentary portfolio committee on human settlements has presented a second draft of the Rental Housing Amendment Bill to members of the national assembly. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to an 8 March 2012 parliamentary report on bills and other matters before committees of the national assembly, public hearings on the redrafted amendment bill have been scheduled for 24 and 25 April 2012.&lt;/p&gt;
