    The Minister of Social Development in terms of section 56(3)(a) of the
Child Justice Act, 2008 (Act No. 75 of 2008), publishes the particulars of
each diversion programme and diversion service provider in the schedule.
    
    This notice covers diversion programmes and diversion service providers
that are granted an accredited status.
