The department of communications has been reconfigured and put in charge of an overarching communications policy and strategy, information dissemination and publicity as well as the branding of the country abroad.

Education Department Implements Agreement With China

The Minister of Basic Education, Angie Motshekga, has visited Beijing in China this week to pursue an implementation plan between the education ministries of the two countries.

This follows the signing of a collaboration agreement between the two countries in March last year when Chinese President Xi Jinping visited South Africa.
