    I, German Emmanuel Anderson, Deputy Registrar of Financial Services
Providers, hereby exempt under section 44(4) of the Financial Advisory
and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002) ("the Act"),
Aberdeen Asset Managers Ltd until 16 March 2012 from section 7(1) of the
