RES FOR ADULT EDUCATION AND TRAINING (AET) NQF LEVEL 1
    
    I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and
Training, hereby intend to make Regulations in terms of section 41(e) of
the Adult Education and Training Act, 2000 (Act No. 52 of 2000).
    
    These Regulations aim to regulate the National Qualifications Framework
level 1 assessment process by the respective Departments of Education at
