Parliament Seeks Comment on Competition Amendment Bill


Parliament has called for comment on the recently tabled Competition Amendment Bill.

The portfolio committee on economic development seeks comment on the proposed legislation until 17 August 2018.

The Draft Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Bill will be tabled before cabinet in August 2018 for approval.

In a statement, the department added that the draft bill will then be published for comment.

The TLAB contains legislative amendments for the tax proposals announced in the 2018 Budget.
